Tidewater
An interactive art installation about the ocean and us—a digital experience that responds to the people standing in front of it.
The challenge
Tidewater needed to translate something vast—our relationship with the ocean—into a moment a person could feel in seconds. It had to be beautiful at a glance and deeper the longer you stayed.
What we did
We designed and built a responsive digital installation where the tide reacts to movement, sound, and time of day. Generative visuals keep it endlessly different, so no two visits feel the same.
The piece invites people to slow down, watch, and notice their own part in the system they're looking at.
